Redcliff Developments Custom Branded Container: Yellowknife, NWT

Redcliff Developments continue to push the Yellowknife real estate market. With attractive and functional condo designs, the long time Yellowknife tandem continue to build cutting edge properties. Known for using open floor plans, higher-end finishes as well energy efficient construction, Redcliff are sure to be a mainstay in the North for years to come.

Modcan was pleased to partner with such a strong name in the building community in the north. With the need for more storage on one of their key waterfront projects in Niven Lake, Modcan was tasked with creating a custom container for their needs. Keeping curb appeal in mind as well as jobsite materials safe, the 40 foot container delivers an attractive unit while meeting the criteria outlined. Using a darker main container colour helped Redcliff stick with their overall brand image while also bolstering the look of their logo on the construction site.

More information about this unique project from their website can be found here:

“The location for this exciting new project—perched at the top of a hill adjacent to protected green space and overlooking Great Slave Lake—puts it in a class of its own in Yellowknife.  Views encompass Back Bay, Latham Island, Old Town, Yellowknife Bay and stretch for kilometers to the East and to the South. The Waterfront’s contemporary design and high-end finishings set it apart on the inside as much as the view does on the outside. With both 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom layouts to choose from, large decks with amazing views, attached garages and over 2400 sq. ft. of living space, owners will have enough space and flexibility to suit a variety of lifestyles. Designed and built to exceed Energuide 80 standards, with building materials that were selected for both durability and aesthetic appeal, the Waterfront will change the face of residential construction and high end developments in Yellowknife.”
